A Step-By-Step Guide To Every Tap

Every bet in Cloud Piggies has the same shape, and the whole thing resolves in under a second. You set a stake, choose a piggy, and tap it. It either bursts — paying your stake times its multiplier, credited on the spot — or it does not, in which case the piggy carries on drifting and the stake is gone. Everything below sits inside that one second. Work through it with the free demo open in another tab and it will land far faster than reading it cold.

Step 1. Set Your Bet Size

Set your stake with the bet controls before you tap anything. Outside of Autoplay you can change it between taps whenever you like, so nothing commits you to a number for longer than a single bet. Start low while you are still learning to read the field.

A cash tap comes off your balance in the normal way. If your operator has given you freebets, a freebet-funded tap uses one instead and settles under that platform's freebet rules — the multiplier, the win chance and the payout are identical either way.

Step 2. Pick A Piggy From The Field

Piggies drift across the screen constantly, and every one of them wears its multiplier where you can see it. They also differ in size and speed, and that is not decoration: a bigger, slower piggy always carries a bigger multiplier and a smaller chance of bursting. Once you have played for ten minutes you will be reading the field by size rather than by number.

They do not stay forever. Piggies eventually drift off the edge of the screen, and one that leaves takes your tap history with it.

Step 3. Check Its Win Chance

Tap a piggy and it shows you two things: its exact Win Chance, and the number of taps you have already spent on it. The Win Chance is the probability it bursts on your next tap, and it is the single most useful number on the screen.

The critical thing to understand is that it never moves. A piggy you have tapped thirty times has exactly the same chance of bursting on tap thirty-one as it did on tap one. The counter beside it is a record of what you have spent, not a progress bar filling up towards something.

Step 4. Tap To Place Your Bet

Each tap on a piggy is one independent bet on that piggy alone. Nothing else on the field is involved, and nothing carries over from the last tap to this one.

The game settles them strictly one at a time: a new tap is only accepted once the previous result has come back, so there is never more than one bet in flight. Tapping faster does not stack bets and does not change anything about the odds.

Step 5. Read What Happens Next

The result comes back immediately either way, and nothing that follows asks anything further of you.

There is no decision to make after the tap and nothing to time. Wins settle the moment they happen, which is what makes this a genuinely one-tap game rather than a crash game wearing a different coat.

Step 6. Tap Again, Or Change Tier

That is the whole loop, and you are back at the start of it immediately. Keep working the same piggy, move to a different tier, or hand the tapping over to one of the modes further down this page.

The one thing worth resisting is the instinct that a piggy you have tapped a lot is somehow owed. It is not. Each tap is drawn fresh, and the tier you sit on changes how often and how large your wins arrive — never how much the game returns overall.

The Nine Piggies, Smallest To Legendary

Every piggy on the field belongs to one of nine tiers. The tier fixes its multiplier, its size and its Win Chance together, which is why size is such a reliable shortcut: the bigger and slower the piggy, the more it pays and the less often it pays it.

Smallest ×1.2

– Bursts on 80% of taps. The workhorse. Small, quick, and bursts four times out of five — this is where a session goes when you want the balance to keep moving.

Tiny ×1.5

– Bursts on 64% of taps. Barely bigger and barely rarer. A gentle step up that still bursts on roughly two taps in three.

Small ×2

– Bursts on 48% of taps. The coin-flip piggy. Doubles your stake and bursts just under half the time, which makes it the easiest tier to misread as “due”.

Medium ×4

– Bursts on 24% of taps. Noticeably slower across the field. Roughly one tap in four pays, and the payout starts to feel worth waiting for.

Chubby ×8

– Bursts on 12% of taps. The middle of the ladder. Around one tap in eight, and the point at which a dry spell starts to be normal rather than unlucky.

Big ×12

– Bursts on 8% of taps. Large, unhurried and clearly a commitment. Twelve times your stake, once in every twelve or so taps.

Giant ×24

– Bursts on 4% of taps. One of the three tiers that triggers the Big Win screen. One tap in twenty-five, for twenty-four times the stake.

Mega ×48

– Bursts on 2% of taps. Enormous and slow. Two taps in a hundred, and a payout that resets a session on its own.

Legendary ×96

– Bursts on 1% of taps. The top of the ladder and the biggest thing on the field. One tap in a hundred pays ninety-six times your stake — the maximum a single tap can return.

Line the numbers up and the design becomes obvious. Multiply any tier's multiplier by its Win Chance and you land on the same figure every time — which is exactly what a 96% RTP across nine tiers means in practice.

So the choice in front of you is not which tier is generous — they are equally generous. It is whether you would rather win small amounts constantly or large amounts rarely, and that is a question about your own temperament rather than about the game.

Buy 100 Taps Explained

Buy 100 Taps does what the label says: one press places 100 bets in a row at maximum speed, one at a time, on piggies the game picks for you. It is the fastest way to see a hundred results, and for a lot of players it is the entire appeal — watching a streak play out beats clicking it out.

Be clear about what you are committing to before you press it. Your stake is fixed for the whole run, and once it starts you cannot stop it by hand. It ends when all 100 bets have been placed, when your balance can no longer cover the next one, or if you disconnect — and it will not run at the same time as Autoplay.

The arithmetic is worth doing first: a €1 stake makes it a €100 commitment, and a €5 stake makes it €500. It does not change your odds or your expected return by a single percentage point. All it buys is speed.

Four Ways To Place A Bet

How the bets get placed is up to you, and the game offers four routes. Every one of them settles bets one at a time under identical maths — the only thing that changes is how much of the work your thumb is doing.

Hold-to-repeat is the one most people settle into. Holding the Play button keeps betting your current piggy; holding a piggy directly keeps betting that one until it bursts or drifts off the screen. It is the closest the game gets to a rhythm.

Hands-Free With Autoplay

Autoplay places a set number of bets for you. Open the panel, choose your options and start it — the button then becomes a Stop control showing how many bets are left, and you can end the run whenever you want.

Two settings matter. The first is which piggies to bet on: All piggies, Small & Medium covering ×1.2 to ×8, or Big piggies covering ×12 to ×96. The second is how many bets to place — 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, or the infinity option, which simply runs until you stop it.

Your stake is locked for the whole run, so changing it means stopping first. One useful detail if you pick a band: when no piggy in that range is on the field, Autoplay waits rather than substituting something else, and the waiting does not consume any of your bets.

Before You Play For Real

Cloud Piggies runs at 96.0% RTP on a certified random number generator, and every result is provably fair: each settled tap carries a proof hash, client seed and nonce, the server seed is published afterwards, and a verify tool lets you recompute the outcome yourself. Nothing about the timing of your tap, the speed of your tapping or which moment you choose has any influence on it.

Which also means there is nothing to optimise. No tier is smarter than another, no piggy is ever due, and any tool claiming to predict this game is selling you something. The house keeps 4% over the long run whichever way you play, so decide a budget before you deposit and stop where you said you would.
